Shane DeLaCruz and Lucca Merlino have joined Davis Property & Investment’s Asset Management team in Kent, WA. Shane will be overseeing the maintenance and physical condition of DPI’s management portfolio. He will also be managing the firm’s capital improvement and tenant improvement construction projects. Lucca will be responsible for the leasing operations of DPI’s commercial real estate portfolio. Her focus will be on marketing functions, lease negotiations, and tenant/brokerage relationships.
