Davis Property & Investment, LLC has announced the sale of Center Plaza 3 to Western Washington Sheet Metal. The asset sold for $5 million. Center Plaza 3 is located at 2725 Williamson Place in DuPont, WA. It is an approximately 31,000 SF freestanding building developed by Davis Property & Investment in 2009. The project was built exclusively for WWSM and began as a Lease with an Option to Purchase the asset. Center Plaza 3 is part of a six-building project consisting of approximately 180,000 SF and is located at the premier corner of DuPont-Steilacoom Road and Center Drive. The site is zoned for office, warehousing, manufacturing, and research with immediate access to Joint Base Lewis McChord. Neighboring tenants include Ikea, Amazon, FedEx, Dania, and Pier 1 Imports.
